Pascale sponsored and facilitated SFK Level One - Winning in the Game of Life for a group of 20 kids from Ivory Coast and Benin. Lessons were held weekly via Zoom in French. During the class, she helped a student who was bullied overcome his situation using SFK tools.

We are delighted to announce the successful graduation ceremony coordinated by our Ambassador Melona Pascale in Africa. The event celebrated the graduation of a diverse group of individuals, including 28 children from two schools in Togo (Nouveau Depart and Son et Lumiere), a group of young adults from a rehabilitation center in Ivory Coast participating in online classes via Zoom, and two university students from Belgium and Paris. All of them have successfully completed the SFK course "Winning in the Game of Life™".

The pilot phase of the Winning in the Game of Life program, implemented in schools and language institutes in Benin and Togo this summer, has been successfully completed and shows great promise. I am incredibly proud of our facilitators who demonstrated their training proficiency by implementing the program at Nouveau Départ school in Togo and Christophe Colomb school in Benin. I eagerly anticipate witnessing their future achievements.

A total of fifty-two young people aged 7 to 18, along with seven college students, had the opportunity to participate in the four-month training program. It is encouraging to observe the program's ability to reach individuals across all age groups, as the concepts are universally applicable, with the difference lying in the facilitation approach.

The feedback received from parents, school directors, and children's testimonials has been overwhelmingly positive. Parents express a desire to keep their children enrolled in the program to maintain their progress, while school principals are keen to introduce the program into all classrooms and schools.

The SFK facilitator's mission is to help young adults recognize how their assumptions shape their worldview and influence their behaviors. By gaining new insights, they can enhance their skills and achieve higher levels of performance in academic and professional settings. Following the successful launch of the Winning in the Game of Life summer program in Benin and Togo, we are excited to announce that this initiative is the catalyst for unlocking the potential of youth, empowering young adults and students. Moreover, through the SFK certification program, facilitators have the opportunity to undergo personal transformation and make a positive impact in their communities, providing value-based education.

Over the past two years, I have utilized the SFK Education Program, Winning in The Game of Life, which focuses on the social-emotional development of students in Ivory Coast, Benin, and Togo, West Africa. The majority of students who took part in the program demonstrated significant behavioral improvements and learned valuable lessons, such as how to effectively manage their emotions and enhance their confidence.
