Job opportunity

Decent work and economic growth

Sustainable Development Goal 8.6: Decent work and economic growth

Youth is a period of great potential. Developing a problematic attitude or bad habits during this period can have problematic consequences. Because risks appear at every life transition, our prevention is to promote programs and coaching that strengthen protective factors at each stage of development so they can make better life choices for themselves and the world around them.

We offer training to teachers, recent graduates, counselors, and caregivers that enables them to teach the social and emotional learning program Winning in the Game of Life and make a difference in their community while earning income.
 - 20 hours of training.
 - Exploration of new pedagogical practices to facilitate learning.
 - Leadership and communication skills development.

Our actions are guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to transform our world.

In 2022, five facilitators based in Benin, Togo, and Paris were trained through online sessions on Zoom. This approach has allowed us to overcome geographical barriers and train qualified professionals in various locations, thus enhancing our ability to respond to the needs of local communities more effectively and extensively. .

Empowering Communities: Expanding Reach Through Facilitator Training

Titre 1

The facilitator training has been a true success, crowned by phenomenal results. The impact of our facilitators on children in schools has been deeply inspiring.

Due to this success and the growing demand from schools and rehabilitation centers, we are delighted to announce that eight facilitators are currently undergoing training since mid-January 2024. This training is conducted via Zoom for facilitators based in Togo, Ivory Coast, and Burundi.

The aim of this additional training is to ensure that we can effectively meet the needs of the communities we serve. By equipping more facilitators with the necessary skills and knowledge, we aim to expand our reach and improve the quality of support provided to children in schools and rehabilitation centers.

We sincerely thank you for your continued support and commitment to our mission. Together, we can truly change the lives of these children and contribute to building a more promising future for them.
